The Hadley Centre recorded Sept 2009 at the fourth warmest September in their records (which begin at 1850) -- warmer even than 1998.

I would be interested to hear your take on the Roman and Mideival Warm Periods, and the LIA. Why the first two appear to be warmer than today, and why the LIA was so much colder.... I am especially interested in why they do not appear on the hockey stick graph.

Thanks!

The anonymous poster will of course have evidence showing how the alleged mideival warm period was warmer than today, on a global or hemispheric scale, and the same for the LIA. Moreover, they will also have evidence that they similar sorts of wiggles don't appear on the various measures of climate for the last thousand years?
